Leaders:
Prior to a battle starting, the Squad Leader will pick and notify the GM which character is considered the "Leader". As long as that character remains alive, the Leader, Co-Leader and the battle's Squad Leader for each team gains an additional +1 OR -1 to Heal or Hurt. Once that Character is KO'd, the Leaders lose that bonus.

BTW... I like Conan's trick to nail that bastard in the movie. As I recall, Conan placed his helmet upon a booby trap so that when doofus smashed the helmet, out came a giant spike right into his chest from the other side.
