Just pluck them out. The older marvel universe female figures legs will fully on the joe torso, just pluck them off the MU figure and they'll pluck on a joe figure. Use the MU ms marvel figure's legs, it's already flesh tone.

If you're looking for bare female arms, Star Wars Mara jade has the best set of female arms IMO. Hope that helps
