Yes. UsAgent posted one In the Appreciation thread waaay back in 2013, but the pic isnt showing up anymore. :(
http://www.hisstank.com/forum/4322304-post1616.html I did a Kreo version as well. http://www.hisstank.com/forum/4787465-post435.html I had to go back and update the pic, to make it show. (Yaay only 1276 more to go!) And Hobbestimus Prime posted an awesome Lego version, that I could not find again until I went to his Flikr page https://www.flickr.com/photos/630795...in/dateposted/ |

Here's a little more Lego of mine - a couple of Dreadnok vehicles, along with some group pix of the whole gang.
The Dreadnok Cycle was a pretty straight ahead build, I didn't have the right colors to do it in teal and purple, but I think it came out pretty nicely. Dreadnok Cycle by Magnus-L, on Flickr The Stomper is more of a vehicle I came up with on my own - a sort of monster truck mod of the Stinger, but in colors that should be familiar to the 'Noks. Enjoy! But overall, I feel like I am wrapping things up with the Dreadnoks, and am moving on to other exciting parts of the Joeverse. |

After finishing my X30 Conquest, it is time for Cobra to get a fast jet of their own! I may have a go at something bigger (Night Raven?) in the future. But for now, here is the tiny, terrifying, and wonderfully ridiculous Firebat. This little red microfighter reminds me of some of the last ditch desperate efforts of the Germans in WWII to defeat heavy bombers with small interceptors such as like the Me 163, back when jet and rocket technology was the mysterious and terrifying way of the future.
My Firebat is much larger than the original, but at 25 studs long, it still probably pushes the envelope in terms of what is a feasible size for a mini-fighter. Building challenges included figuring out how to incorporate retractable landing gear into such a small fuselage. The cockpit opens sideways, using a technique I perfected on the Rattler II/Razorback, and I ended up giving it a two tone red livery just because I thought it looked a little extra evil and nasty. Hell, it wasn't camouflaged to begin with anyway! Firebat by Magnus-L, on Flickr Tailsitter by Magnus-L, on Flickr Underside by Magnus-L, on Flickr Compact mode, front by Magnus-L, on Flickr Wings folded up by Magnus-L, on Flickr Of course, building the Firebat begs the inevitable question: Will I build a Cobra Terror Drome as well? The answer is Yes, definitely. In fact, the Terror Drome is already underway. I hope to share some WIP pics in the not too distant future. |

I have greater and grander things coming soon, but am starting small for now. Here's my representation of (and I like to think, an upgrade to) the G.I.Joe Manta Ray.
There were very few watercraft in the G.I.Joe toyline, which is a bit of a shame, and I've been lagging behind myself in building up my Joe and Cobra navies. There are larger and more exciting watercraft on the way, but I wanted to represent small and lesser known vehicles as well, and that prebuilt Lego raft hull is too great not to use. Fun boat! I look forward to seeing the rest of the navy unfold
I missed the firebat earlier this year, that came out really nice. The mix of reds work in Lego.

I wanted to represent the Warthog AIFV, but decided the oversize missiles on top weren't working for me, so I replaced them with an active protection system. I also didn't like the scrunched up chibi look, so I lengthened it to be closer to the proportions and size of the real AAV 7. However, I didn't want to just build a model of an actual AAV 7, so I retained certain unique features from the Warthog, including placing the tracks spread further apart than the main body of the hull, and side opening doors (perhaps less realistic and of limited utility). This has been upgunned from both the AAV 7 and the original Warthog, with an autocannon in the turret. I wanted a color scheme a little more interesting than olive or dark green, so I went with a camo pattern that does homage to modern USMC digital woodland camo and IMO looks really good on vehicles.

That is Fan-damn-tastic, my man!
I love the improvements in weapons and design, that you've implemented. Warthog is one I've thought about as well, but have stalled on it for lack of much dark olive green. It's nice to see your improvisations, and hey that digital camo rocks! |
