I thought it might be a cool idea for a thread, to have a place for everyone's blocks creations, that might not exactly be canon to the joe universe.
Lego, Kreo, K/O brands, it doesn't matter. If it's a building block creation and doesn't fit exactly into the joe threads, then let's see it/them here! =) I'll start us off with this goofy kitbash This could also be fun for people to just add some funny captions to. What/who do these guys look like to you? My wife says they look like The Village People! lmao

The non-canon Black Ninja Clan. I know these guys can't be canon because all the joeverse ninjas always wear red, white, teal, or some other fluorescent color! smh

Hey guys! I wanted to share my most recent experience buying an ebay mixed lot of pieces. I had been doing research on some of the Lego sets, trying to figure if they had produced any vehicles in the proper city/kreo scale that might be a fit for my Joes (or Cobra). I ran across a Lego Creator set that looked promising for a Sky Striker. Here it is below:
I really liked the swing-wing mechanism, but unfortunately the scale wouldn't permit the use of minifigs. This and the fact that Amazon wanted like $100 for the set, forced me to shelve the idea of trying to incorporate the swing-wing mechanism. Sure, I could have downloaded the instructions from LEGO Speedy Flyers Instructions 4953, Creator, and set out to piece together my own set; but that is alot of work. Either way, I wound-up putting the idea on hold as other pressing matters eventually won out for my attention. Recently I had been looking at various ebay Lego lot auctions, trying to find a good deal on a bulk amount of bricks for fodder. I ran across a lot that looked to have alot of white, blue, a little red, and just a couple black pieces. I bought the lot for the pieces, but when it was opened, I realized part of that wing mechanism had already been put together. That and the rest of those pieces jogged the old memory banks. I was pretty confident that most of those pieces had come from that Creator set. I looked up the set information, and saw it included 312 pieces; so I set down and counted-out what turned out to be 504 pieces total. With this, I felt confident to just try and put it together. It looked like I already had an extra 192 blocks to work with from that lot! It ended-up missing six pieces from being complete. I'm still missing a 2x2 trans red radar dish and a 1x2 trans black brick, but other than that it's complete now. Loving that swing-wing mechanism! =) Not bad for $13, huh? ;)

I guess I should explain a little first. One of my biggest regrets about kre-o is that they did not continue the Star Trek line. Wave 2 had so much promise. The things they could have done if they had gotten into the next generation stuff. So I started watching DS9 on Netflix and it got me thinking I should try to make some custom Star Trek figures. I found a dealer on eBay that sells the custom sticker kits for Lego and I though I would give them a try. They were pretty easy to use although they don't fit exactly. So here is the DS9 collection. |

So, after watching DS9 I had to start watching Voyager again and make so more Kre-o figures.
