My first attempt at the Recon Sled. I never had the toy, so I was just working from a pic of the box art.

Thanks for the responses guys =) If I do wind-up doing build plans for some of these, I'll be sure to add them in the recipes thread.
Yeah I remember someone mentioning the LCV before, I just had to wait until I bought an extra vamp, wolverine, and battleship chopper before I had a chunk of od green pieces ;) Not sure if I mentioned it before, but I got a pretty good amount of the light od green bricks by swapping-out colors from some sets. I discovered that the Battleship Combat Chopper's parts are pretty much the exact opposite color scheme of the Dragonfly. So I took all the dark od green parts from the combat chopper, and used them to replace all the light od green pieces on my dragonfly. This freed-up some light od green parts, since I have just used the combat chopper for fodder now. I bought an extra vamp, and replaced the green and tan blocks with black and grey, to make the Stinger. This also freed-up more light od green bricks. The second wolverine set was just from this last sale, so that's even more pieces since I only put together the Firebat ;) Here's what the Dragonfly wound-up looking like: Last edited by stealthy slim; 12-20-2017 at 01:34 PM.. |
