omg looks awesome! Where did you get all the red parts? I have been searching and the only sets I can get pieces in bigger quantities from is the thunderwave/moccasin, firebat, and the devastator construction set....I will probably buy more firebat sets as that is the most I can get at a cheaper price...the devastator set is around $35+ so that is alot of extra just for 13 something pieces, although I finally did get a larger plate from that set.

Oh...was hoping someone had more kreo dark red, I took pieces from the firebat to a lego store and the lego dark reds are more brown red and the kreo are more maroon red like how the moray is supposed to look....oh well guess I will be getting more firebat sets until I have enough pieces.

Geewunner is correct about those pieces being Lego. Most of my Lego dark red are a very close match to the Kreo, but some of the Lego dark red pieces I have picked-up are different shades even from each other. :-O
The TF Wheeljack set comes with some dark red pieces, as well as one of the Devastator vehicles. I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of any more off the top of my head. ...And for the Claw, I finally got my landing gear done in black ;) |

I was attempting to work on a parts list for each set and what color/pieces are in there but I gave up on it... that said if you want info on which sets have the dark red I can help.
off hand I know the following sets have pieces: USS Missouri Star Trek Spock's Volcano Mission Transformers Beast Hunters Beast Blade Optimus Prime There are other sets that have pieces but they've been listed or don't have enough of the dark red to bother listing. Plus the normal Joe sets you probably already know Firebat Thunderwave Armored Assault |

Thanks I just got the Optimus set
Spock volcano doesn't look to have enough to justify cost I bought a Missouri battleship and they had a small handful but I liked it too much and decided to run into a joe boat I also got the devastator set which had about 13+ pieces a large plate which I really wanted Also beast hunters ripclaw had some which I also just ordered I will probably buy another 2 firebat a and sell the rest of the pack and that should be enough I did get two thunderwave sets keeping one set the other for parts and hull for moray The armored assault only ha a few so doubt I will get another unless I make a rattler My next custom after the moray is gonna be a big one so starting to stockpile parts Geewunner sorry for hijacking...are you going to be selling more sets? It should be noted that Kreo sets can vary wildly in many different ways. I've bought A LOT of Kreo sets over the last three years, and I've noticed differences not only with things like paint apps on Kreons (many of those early TFs Kreons vary between having painted toes and not painted, for example), but overall quality, as well as color shade, on the bricks. So not only can Kreo parts differ from similar Lego colors, but can vary from other Kreo parts that are ostensibly the same color. This is a quality control issue, and is an example of why Lego is still far and away the leading brand in this area. Not to say that Lego is completely above reproach, but they keep their stuff tight. In nearly 40 years of Lego purchasing, I've never once had a missing part, whereas with Kreo, I've had a few missing parts in three years, and once opened a set that had a part that wasn't even completely formed - as if enough plastic hadn't been shot into the mold. I don't mean to bash Kreo here - obviously, I love it, and I feel it one of, if not THE best non-Lego brands. Just sharing some of my experiences in order to help illuminate some of this stuff with people.
