I have all the Joe sets and they are Great! I have a bunch of TF ones as well, and have had no issues with quality, or staying together. Seems that the support for the line is pretty good as well.
Don't let one bad set ruin your entire outtlook. That Star Trek set is prob a bit top-heavy and may be prone to "breaking", but give the Joe sets a shot! |

I have all the Joe Kreos. They're very popular and aren't going away anytime soon. There are a ton of guys on here that customize them and collect the heck out of them.
Hasbro needs to expand the Joe brand into different toys or it'll go away sooner then later. Then we'll be stuck with the Club only and probably have to pay $35 per figure and get zero vehicles. :( |

This thread is based on unsubstantiated troll bait (no offense, OP).

I think that tends to sum up that "argument" Quote:
Everybody hates kre-o, suprise, but if the line fails, as I said earlier, We're sure as hell not going to get a huge vehicle next year for sure.
Kre-O does suck, but if it fails, all of Hasbro's failed ads and sets from the line are going to cost the company hundreds of thousand. And then Hasbro will think G.I. Joe is waist of cash, and end the line. The fallacy here is that you fail to percieve that you are talking two different markets: the GI Joe action figures and the KreO segment (of which GI Joe is a part, just like Transformers, Dungeons and Dragons, Cityville, and Star Trek). The direct sales of one will NOT impact the other. If Joe isn't getting a new big vehicle, it is because the sales of prior big vehicles and products in the action figure segment doesn't support it. Whether KreO GI Joe bombs or not is irrelevant (and supposedly, GI Joe KreO stuff has actually done rather well, even as a TRU exclusive). Again, if Joe ends as an action figure line, it will be because Hasbro can't sell it to retailers (who presumably will not support a product that doesn't sell well enough). Action figures and building blocks are just two separate things.
