If GI Joe is ever released in any more build toys, they'll be under Hasbro's in-house Kreo line.

Kreo, or even Megabloks. We would at least get MUCH better minifigures.
Lego sucks. |

i knew there were going to be haters but hater or not the idea is great. i think GI Joes would be an awesome project to put out for anyone. i support this 100% and i think its awesome that lego would even start a project like this KRE-O should take notice and maybe start its own project like this. i think there are great ideas out there and people are getting more and more creative and lego is allowing people to show their strengths. ill take the high road in this discussion. thanks to the supporters.

So, I'm really not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, but it needs 10,000 supporters for what? It's not like this individual can start a toy company by stealing copyrighted material from two of the biggest toy companies in the world. And if it's just a matter of getting enough supporters so that the idea of a GI Joe LEGO line gets out there...well, I'm pretty sure that LEGO and Hasbro/GI Joe have heard of each other.
Don't get me wrong, though. About once a year there's a thread on the Tank discussing the idea of GI Joe and LEGO, and I always have and always will support that idea. They're my two favorite toy lines and the combination of the two would be a perfect storm for my bank account. However, I don't think it will ever happen. Especially since Hasbro developed the Kreo line.

It's not binding. The reason she's supporting it (And I agree) is to show Lego and Hasbro that there is interest for this sort of thing. These are the other ideas. http://lego.cuusoo.com/discover Last edited by Headman; 02-25-2012 at 02:07 AM.. |

Everytime someone brings up G.I. Joe Legos on this site I direct them to this webpage...
GI Joe A Real American Lego | Home Those models are a few years old now, but they are still cool. As far as this CUUSOO guy goes I have no idea what he is trying to accomplish with his site, though I must say that I do like his digital representations of the G.I. Joe and Cobra characters in Mini-figure form. They remind me of the models used in the Lego video games. If Hasbro ever decides to do anything similar to this with G.I. Joe I think it will be in the form of KRE-O's though.
