[Dreadnok Twins]

I haven't read most of IDW's ARAH series, but have heard that for most of those issues, Zarana followed Zartan around and Zandar wasn't being written.

Can somebody fill me in on what Zarana had been up to in #156-#300?

Wait—you’ve been obsessing over these characters and how they’re depicted in comics for years now and you’ve never even read the issues?!? I really think you should read them. That said, I don’t believe that Zarana was ever anything more than a supporting character. There might have been an issue or two where she was showcased but I don’t remember which ones. Maybe someone else will.

She wasn't following Zartan around anymore than any of the other Dreadnoks were, as he is their leader, after all. It's not like she followed him into the bathroom or went to the liquor store with him.

But in the IDW Hamaverse, Zarana was more or less in charge of the Dreadnoks for the majority of the time, while Zartan was off doing stuff with Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Grannie Demon, Dawn Moreno, and Firefly. The Dreadnoks didn't have a lot of presence in the IDW Hamaverse, due to the introduction of the Cyber Ninja contingent, which took up any available time not allotted to Cobra Commander, Destro, or Zartan.

As far as Zandar goes, true to his file card description, I honestly can't remember if he was even there, at all. If he was, he never said anything of value. It was mostly Zarana and Road Pig getting all the screen time and dialogue.
