IDW has online Black Friday exclusives and they pixelated the covers. Is it just me, or is that the "G.I. Joe" logo on this one?

I'm not going to get my hopes up that this is anything new or exciting. It will be released two days after #300, so maybe a variant cover?

Yeah that is what I was thinking. That or a reprint of issue 21.

This is now live on IDW's website, and as expected, it's a #300 variant cover.

IDW is also running a 70% clearance sale on the G.I. Joe titles still in stock on the web store. There's a few convention exclusive variant covers in there, plus last month's 40th Anniversary hardcover for only $9.

While I get it from a business standpoint, I'm not a fan of variant covers and this one (for $15!!!) isn't changing my mind.

Two more days 'til #300, though, so I'm excited about that!

Dang, sold out! I love the 40th anniv issue, but had no idea it existed in HC! :(

I have this constant concern that #300 won’t make it into my pull, but get sold out from beneath me to some scalper…
