This is a think tank for such "fan-wank" concepts as fictional command structures, realistic/feasible technology, custom filecards, and personal theories & hypotheses relating to the G.I.Joe fiction. This is a good place to post and showoff your unique ideas and custom items - like new or altered characters, organizations, vehicles, weapons, combat units & troop types, and background stories. This is also a good place for your technical notes & essays. Basically, this is a place for military buffs, tech-heads, role-playing geeks, fanfic writers, and hardcore G.I.Joe nerds.
