thanks for the info guys, but i will continue to expect ebay sellers to be honest and responsible with their listings and hold them accountable.
i havent had to use bad feedback before.

You keep saying that it's visible and I just don't see it. Between the possible glare in the photo and the silver on the vehicle, I would be hardpressed to say the seller was dishonest in their description.
I continue to think you are being difficult about it and the negative feedback was not warranted in this case. Sorry. |

Actaully CV, you can see what people have left as feedback for others. Taking a 3 second look, out of the last 11 feedbacks youve left, 6 have been negative, and thats since August 28th. And youve only left 82 feedbacks total since August 2008, which means almost 14% of your feedback left for others has been negative. And you said yourself, it was basically about the $8 bucks return shipping.
Lody, if he contacted the seller in a polite way you dont think they should have taken it back since it was broken in the package? A factory defect is not a sellers fault, but any brick and mortar store would have taken it back without a problem. I think ebay sellers should do the same (Im an internet retailer on ebay, amazon and my own sites and Im happy to do it). |

yeah i dont leave a lot of feedback.
ok, i know a bunch of those were for one guy who screwed me on a broken night raven and a wolverine. i dont remember any other negatives. Quote:
