Today it snowed...a lot. And the town I live in had some problem sending snowplows out pronto. I'm leaving for work at around 1:30pm, I take a turn at an intersection, and my car nearly skids into another car waiting to move. Fortunately, my car got back into the right lane, and I had avoided a bad wreck. And I have a huge adrenaline rush.
However, about a few hours later, I had a bad case of anxiety at work where I had to sit down for a few minutes and ultimately had to leave in the middle of my shift. Now, is this normal? The shock coming a few hours after the initial rush?

I would go with...no learn how to relax/ let things go I used to sneak off to the bathroom and listen to a song on my ipod or phone if I was having a really crappy moment at work. Also I used to take "fresh air" breaks instead of smoke breaks, figure out what works for you...if thats even an issue

Y'know, I noticed that there's a noticeable bump at that turn that they never fixed while paving...I don't know if the town realizes that it's a hazard to have that sticking so far out...
