I will never 4get that day...The one thing I will never be able 2 get out of my head from that day is the somberness and depressed, sad look on everyones faces that I saw that day. I was a cashier at a Ralphs grocery store in Fullerton, CA and I have never seen so many people so quiet and down and seen a store so quiet as I did that day. What a sad day. They will always be remembered.

I remember when it happened, I didn't really realise what was going on. My whole school was pulled into the gym and the principal said to us all that a plane was hijacked. I don't know why, but I kept thinking that this kinda thing was no big deal and I really just wanted to get back to class.
My mom picked me up and we went home early. I could see my mom was worried and that's when I started to realise something was up. The whole thing was just so messed up. I remember the day after wanting to help but just feeling useless behind the TV. Hopefully we never see this again. I got to sign one of the I-beams going into the new towers, it was a bittersweet feeling. I was glad to be a part of rebuilding, but it was sad seeing actual debris from Ground Zero. I just want to say thank you to all those who protect and fight for freedom across the world.

I'll always remember how quiet it was at Truax that week. And the outbound air patrols. Days of long turnaround shifts on the flight lines. The pilots checking their live ordnance and never saying a word during their pre-flights. And hundreds of cars stopped along the highway to watch us work.
And I'll never forget the relief when the first Commercial flight took off and it seemed like forever until it disappeared over the horizon. |

May the dead eventually find peace...... I wish the same for the family members....... too bad I had to work today or else I would be out on the streets handing out DVD's. If I can get out early enough I may still get around to it.

I was just heading out on my run when the first plane hit during AM Tampa Bay on the radio, just before Glenn Beck came on when he was still local here in Tampa. I knew then something was not right, because that was not local air routes for commercial airliners. I was on the road all day listening to 970 am and watching news feed at my delivery stops. I watched both towers go down live on tv at 2 different stops. I was a jumble of anger, hatred towards the terrorists, and such grief over the loss of American people whom I never met or knew and never would. But I felt the loss just as if it was my own brother. I still get pissed of when I hear some crap from a 9-11 truther that the government did it, or that Islam is a religion of peace. Most Muslims practice it peacefully, but to the radicals, I hope your 72 virgins are female apes. Sorry about the rant, watching the replays of 9-11 on tv and all the emotions I had that day are running. Please never forget and pray for the families who did lose loved ones that day. May God bless America again.
