actually, I think this may be a FEDERAL law, not a state one. Ive bought airsofts from Washington, Atlanta, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. and they all had orange tips.
it says painting the oriange tips is a violation of federal law. on most of the double eagle guns i have. ..and stores in New jersey wont even ship to me up here.

they have something cool in the Coast Guard they trained us with 9mm with paint bullets, little messier than these toys but its the real gun, just paint ammo.

Yes, both of the M4s are Gas powered. I also found an aftermarket magazine that is C02 powered and I'm looking at getting one. I think those are going to be the most reliable under all weather conditions. The M4 at the top is King Arms - It is solidly built and very lightweight. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was made from Titanium. The M4 below with all the gadgetry is the G&P Navy Seals Skull Frog Challenge Kit. This one arrives in pieces and you have to assemble everything yourself. There is a Marine Corps version that also just came out - The only difference is instead of the Skull Frog it's the "EGA." When field stripped, you really have to take a close look because it is identical to the real thing. I fooled my friend who is currently an M.A. at Bangor Submarine Base. I told him it is Airsoft and based on the photos he was convinced it was real steel.

Would love to get ahold of an M4.. but a Co2? That's gotta chew fuel though. keep me posted! would like to pick one up! Very nice piece though. Me likey! heh.. yes it does resemble a true steel. But nice piece regardless!
