Ok so I love listening to sports radio as much as the next guy. Sports are great and getting to hear sports news while at work is cool. Plus its the only thing that everyone agrees on in the shop. However I've gotten stuck listening to the biggest D-Bag in the world Jim Rome. This guy should never be allowed on the radio, let alone talking about sports. His show is like 5 minutes of an interview with a guest, then 2 hours and 55 minutes of mindless babble and other D-Bags calling themselves "clones" sending in stupid ass emails trying to be funny. Example- "Hey Rome, Last night I watched UFC. Havent seen someone get hit that hard since I was in the cab with my wife. Signed Ike Turner". Now watch ESPN for 5 minutes and then turn it off and try to think of the dumbest jokes ever and that's his show. He talked yesterday for literally 10 minutes about Tim Tebow cutting his hair after getting that ridiculous Friar Tuck cut during rookie hazing. All he said was "I liked his Friar Tuck cut. Why did you cut it Tim. I mean Friar. It looked good. Friar. It looked like Friar Tuck." Is this really the only crap we have to fill 3 hour blocks on the radio? Then he talked for 20 minutes about meeting Steven Segal in a restaurant 15 years ago. It was a 20 second conversation that turned into a 10 minute story. I would rather listen to Betty White getting pleasured for 8 hours then sit through Rome's pointless, unfunny babble. Lets face it, had he not called Jim Everett (football player) Chris Everett (female tennis player) and started a fight then this guy would be flipping burgers. Here's one for you Jim-
"Dear Rome, I haven't seen sucking like your show since my last movie. Signed Sasha Grey.

agreed, though picking on him is like picking on dan quayle or dane cook- almost too easy, they make fun of themselves merely by existing.

Yeah, I literally mute the TV, waiting for Around The Horn to come on. He's a complete jackass, no question.

You're about five years too late. That bandwagon is long gone.

I wasnt a big fan of Frank Caliendo until I seen him on a Fox football pregame show. He was doing the interview as different people (such as Madden and Charles Barkley) and it was amazing. I havent seen his Rome impersonation but I'm sure it's great. I'll have to find it on you tube.
