i have some mp4's that I need to cut up into 10 minute segments for youtube. thus I need to import it into imovie... but imovie doesn't accept mp4's apparently.
what can I convert them to that imovie will actually accept and what (free) download-able converter would you suggest for said conversion?? THANK YOU.

Youtube might have an option to split the video for you. I've seen lots of long vids split into 10 minute chunks.
