You're looking at red-green and blue-yellow axis spectra here and generally, everyone has some deficiencies there. Also it becomes exceedingly easier to arrange colors in a spectrum pattern like this when you can compare hues next to each other on objects of identical size.
This is a fun exercise, but has less to do with color distinction than your brain's ability to make a pattern based on an implicit beginning and ending point - note that the first and last colors are fixed. If these colors were a pattern of one end of either spectrum within a similar but larger pattern comprised of the other end of the same spectrum and you couldn't pick the smaller pattern out of the larger end, you'd know if you really had distinction deficiencies in either spectrum.
