Yesterday I had some time to kill so I stepped into my local Target. While in the toy isle I see a peg full of 6 inch Spiderman line figures for $5.99. What a deal!
I pick out a Venom and take him to the register where he rings up for $9.99. I tell the cashier what price he was pegged at and she was nice enough to adjust the price! I inform her of where the peg is and she thanks me. Everything went better than expected. Here's a pic for the heck of it.

And that, folks, is how you handle the situation. Not like that other one posted a week or so ago.

It kind of sucks that good customer service is so rare that someone has to make a thread about it. Not that Im complaining about the thread,Im just saying.

I got good service at Toys R Us last week.
I went to see if they had restocked on PoC HISS Tanks since I already had the Wolf Hound. Apparently, they had restocked since there was one Wolf Hound on the shelf just like the week before when I got the one lone Wolf Hound. I know the HISS is in more demand, but I thought I'd take a shot. A young female employee walks by and greets me and asks if I need anything. I hesitated, and asked her if it wasn't too much trouble, would she mind checking in the back to see if they had the other vehicle that came in the box with this one. Not this one, but the other one. It's called a HISS Tank. She smiled, acted like she knew what I was talking about, said no problem, and went to check. She came back and said no, but I should call back later in the week to check, so I wouldn't have to drive out there. I said I'm sure you have people calling out here all the time. I'm sure you get tired of grown men bugging you for toys all the time. She just laughed and said it was no problem. Now, if I call back, I probably wouldn't be lucky enough to get somebody as nice as her on the phone.

every job I've had... I've tried to provide exemplary customer service.
this usually led to either being recognized by the company as a whole, promotion, or decent raises. not to mention return customers, some of whom I made friends with. i'll never understand poor customer service nor lazy employees.
