Whats the highest regular price you would pay for single carded gi joe figures?
I would say 12.99,anything beyond that I would have to give up my beloved hobby of collecting joes. |

If we are talking retail then around $8. I cannot spend in good conscience any more than that. I simply cannot defend any more than that.
Now, second hand market... that is a different question. It depends on what I am looking for. Sometimes I will go higher due to a lack of desire to drive everywhere. i think my days of buying giant lots of figures and sorting them out to weed out keepers and resales are done though. After I clear everything out that I am currently looking to part with... I think I am done for good as far as lot buying. |

I honestly don't know, but I will say around $10.
On a somewhat related note, My kid brother collects Ben 10, well, he doesn't know it yet, he will find out when he grows up. They used to be about $7.50 per figure, I just checked out the new wave, and they are 12.99! WTF? I don't understand why a toy company would do that. If Hasbro started charging that kind of dough for Joes, I think I might be done. |

$7.99 unless it's something super rare or a chase variant.
But thanks to Family Dollar I don't want to pay any more than $3 now. |

At retail, not more than $10. And at that price, I'd be very selective about what I'd buy.

And with our luck the only thread Hasbro marketing reads this year is this one and they all unanimously decide to raise the single fig prices to 12.99. After all thats what tankers are willing to pay

this should be interesting if people respond truthfully. some fools pay $20 for figs from overseas just to have 5 weeeks before it's at retail for $6. It all depends on what your willing to spend.
I for example payed $15 for Blowtorch online after shipping because I couldn't find his ass in stores. Normally I won't pay more then $7 a fig. |

At retail? $8 tops, and no army-building until there's a sale.

Right now, I only buy specific figures I want, so as long as we're not talking $20 each I might still purchase.
At this point, I have a definitive version of most characters I like except Low Light, so I could stop if I needed to. |
