I think with two players like Wade and Bosh, you can afford to fill out the roster with minimum guys and still compete at the highest level. I know financially the Heat are kinda strapped, but I still think with those two guys, as long as you fill the roster with need players (good shooters, a banger to do the dirty work that Bosh won't) they'll be ok.

He's going to Miami. Riley is coaching. But the Lakers will still beat 'em!

real shame, though, is the Miami market is so horrible that Wade is lost in it. if he isn't as good as LeBron or Kobe, he isn't significantly far from it, has won a title (with one of the most dominating Finals performances in recent memory), and still doesn't get any significant pub. absent of being a legit title contender, which the Heat aren't right now even with Bosh, the Heat are still in the middle of the pack in relevance. |

I don't know I don't see James going to Miami. It would be sweet tho, but I can't see it happing now. My thing is If he stays wit Cleveland. Who's coming? Bosh is gone to Miami wit Wade. Whats his name went to the Knicks. So who's left. CP3 maybe, but he aint enough. Looks Like the King of can't get it done in playoffs is the odd man out now.

See I don't think Cleveland is right there...I think if Lebron stays its a mistake! Cleveland has been "right there" for 2yrs now and still haven't made it back to the finals. They thought Shaq would put them over the top, but once again he was just another fat, failed experiment! I think LBJ would be best suited in Chicago
Cleveland is good enough with LBJ to win 60 games because they play NY, NJ, Philadelphia, Washington, Detroit and Indiana 3-4 times each season. There is a possibility of almost 30 wins right there. The Cavaliers would not have won more than 50 games in the Western Conference each of the last two seasons. LBJ staying in Cleveland now is a HUGE mistake as a basketball player but will help further his aspirations in becoming a billionaire because he will get that extra money.

with the Knicks cap flexibility and Amare already in place, they seem like the best destination at this point. even if they don't dominate this year, they can get another max player next year when Curry's contract goes away. Amare, LeBron and another top tier player (maybe Carmelo Anthony) and you have a better top three that no other team could even possibly compete with. |

not only would it be a huge mistake, but his waffling on the matter may set him back as well. maybe if he had signed right away and left no ambiguity the team could have begun work on getting him another teammate through a sign and trade, but the next top to players are already gone (Amare and Bosh), and other teams are going to be knee deep with the next tier as well.
