I have been anxiously waiting for J. Scott Campbell's Spider-Man book.
Any news is good news! Thanks for the heads up. |

I found the statement that Campbell was still working on it rather funny. Probably can't stop doing covers long enough to get an issue done. I havent read a comic in a couple of years. Things might have changed. When I heard that annoucement I was really looking forward to it. Then I got tired of waiting and gave up. Much like the Spider Man / Black Cat title that Kevin Smith wrote.

I can only hope to hear some confirmation at SDCC. I can only assume that between covers Campbell has been working on at least a 6 issue story if not more.
Also love or hate Loeb, he does sell, well initially. |

I'm just sad that they might be ending the thrice-monthly schedule.
Fred Van Lente has been one of the best writers, second maybe only to Joe Kelly. Slott is ok, but I've really enjoyed the past few years since BND started. |

They still putting Spider-man in print. I gave up after Brave New Day and the poop they stuffed in all Spider-man fan faces.

I was not a fan of JMS's mystical spidey, so this was a very welcome change in my eyes. |
