In addition to a lot of what was already said, I'd offer Godflesh-Pure, and Songs of love and hate in dub, those are both good, and there are some cool ministry side projects you might dig if you're into punk, like Lard, they had a few albums and had Jello Biafra on vocals, plus Pailhead which only had one album but had guys from Fugazi on it. I'll echo fear factory as well.

Anything from the late nineties on Metropolis.
or similar stuff from that era. Most of the names have been dropped here. Funker, Decoded Feedback, etc. here's some non-industrial suggestions based on your "Agressive, guitar driven reptition...fast, angry beats to keep meon the tread mill for a loooong time." (samples both Pantera and Slayer mashed-up)

Decoded Feedback, Wumpscut and Front Line Assembly were very good suggestions.
Headscan, Project Pitchfork, Tactical Sekt and Unter Null if you like chicks that sound dangerous. Want a mix tape?

I would say Cleopatra for the late 90's. Metropolis has the who's who all signed with them currently.
They have samples of almost all of it... Metropolis Records // innovative rock, pop, and electronic music

You will never go wrong with Skinny Puppy.
I wouldn't really call Fear Factory industrial, but they are a good group. But you wanted more dancier stuff to keep you on your feet, and everyone already metioned Metropolis Records // innovative rock, pop, and electronic music, so mostly everything on there will fit what you need. Another good label you will want to look into is ALFA-MATRIX LABEL GROUP, they are home to Ayria (which is what you are looking for, seriously), and Front 242 (another to check out), and a ton of other groups as well. And Metropolis and Alfa Matrix have most of their cataloges for download on Music Downloads, MP3 Downloads, MP3 songs from eMusic.com, which is a monthly subcription music download site. I've been a fan of Industrial since I was 13 (now I am old fart at 32....lol). |

OK, CLEARLY KMFDM is the answer!!
Satisfying my metal addicition with some pretty heavy riffs and enough bass to keep my work outs in a steady rhythm. I am a dope for only owning ANGST...these guys are friggin awesome. |

(samples both Pantera and Slayer mashed-up) Metropolis was good for awhile... I think Alfa-Matrix has the lockdown in the EBM music arena as of right now. But overall, it's a rather small genre. And since were in the mood for education definitely don't pass up on this: Dark overtones, heavy kick drum at 155bpm (plenty fast for working out), sinister guitar chords.

All the suggestions you've got on here are good bands(apart from pendulum)Sorry :-o
No guessing who I'm favouring though :-))) I take it you know Revco and False Icons and the like. I'm listenin to Nitzer Ebb just now,not exactly full of riffs - but it's kinda got it's minimalist hooks in me!!!!!
