regardless if it's 99 cents or $99.
buyers feel they have that right. i wouldn't argue that. sucks that someone would be so petty, but that's the world we live in. |

this. Roshan has the worst feedback in history and all of my feedback on the tank is from free stuff.

I know exactly what you mean!...I had 100% feedback for some time now,...I sold a white S.N.A.K.E. Armor ( minus rubber insert ) about a year ago,...and mistakenly listed it as 100% complete. I included a '82 SA Cobra Officer ( no logo ) w/ acc. gun and file card. It happen to sell for a whopping $6 & some change. When the buyers recieved it,...he notified me and told me it was " incomplete ",...I apologized, and offered to give him a 100% refund, as well as the shipping cost of return. He refused to send it back,...demanded that I return $3 of the $6 he spent,....When I refused, he banged me out with my 1st & only negative feedback!...wtf!

Depends, maybe he bought it just for that missing part.
I bought a Dreadnok Thunder Machine years ago, description/title said 100% complete and I won for $9.99 so I was thrilled as I ONLY wanted complete vehicles/figures...nothing with missing/broken parts. It arrived without the steering wheel so I told the guy, response was "what did you expect for 10 bucks ?" ...How about what you listed ? 100% complete was the ONLY reason I bid.

I wouldn't worry about it. Anyone with half a brain knows that some customers can be complete assbags. I've bid on and won items from sellers that have had negative feedback with no problem. I just check to see what the negative feedback was all about. simple.
Now, this BS about not being able to leave negative feeback for buyers has got to go away. |

(To keep things simple I'll be saying things like "I bought" and such but in reality I was buying stuff for another joefan in England. He'd pick out the auction, I'd bid on it and he'd pay for the stuff) I bought a Ninja Viper complete with both black swords for $100. Come to find out the swords were Storm Shadow swords and not the black/dark grey Ninja viper swords he was supposed to come with. You couldn't tell by the picture that they were the wrong swords and he said it was complete with both swords. I email him and say I think he shipped the wrong swords (Not trying to say he was selling the figure incorrectly, but just saying I recieved the wrong swords) and asked what can be done to correct this (Apparently the guy has a few stores in Rhode Island and seems fairly professional) I figured he'd come back with something like hey sorry, let me get the correct swords to you or maybe, sorry about that, I'll refund you a portion of the cost, but no....all I got was "If you're unhappy with your purchase you can return it" The guy I'm buying it for said he wanted to keep it because the figure itself is really good. i feel bad about because this is the same guy who passed on a Ninja Viper for $85 a week ago because it was too much, he only paid this much BECAUSE of the swords. Now I'm at the point where I leave feedback, I want to give the guy a neutral (I wouldn't do a neg because he did offer a refund) but looking at his feedback responses, I can see him replying calling me a "whack job" (as he's done with anyone else who's given him bad or neutral feedback) I think I may just not leave any feedback for him |
