OK, so the discussion in the Man Card thread, got me thinking.
They say a man should never sit to pee. But darn it if I don't sit down all the freaking time. Now I don't mean I do it usually, or even frequently. But I bet it's close to 25% of the time, especially at home. Especially after a long day, I just don't feel like standing there. It's much more comfortable to sit. So, dudes - how often do you sit to pee? And not part of the poll, but when you stand, do you use the flap, or go up and over the elastic?

You know what's weird--I heard the exact opposite!
That you should sit to pee because it takes the stress off of your prostate when you sit and it.."passes". I'm pretty big on keeping healthy, I'm dying to know the truth now. Either way...I mix it up a bit. Middle of the night with all the water I drink?---that's a sitter. |

You gotta take your pants off to sit down, and that's just a lot of extra work.
I stand. And when I'm drunk, I don't pee in things. I pee on things. |

See, I think the thing is, at home I'm almost always in sweats or gym shorts. So its actually less work to just drop trou and sit than it is to stand there and have to hold the elastic down for 30 seconds.

I sat to pee while I was potty training my son just so he saw consistency between my wife and myself. After he got the hang of that I transitioned him to standing "like Daddy". Worked like a charm.
