Perrier water, or another carbonated water. Your lucky man, I ended up in the hospital hooked up with I.V.s last time I got food poisoning.

Drink water as mcuh as possible is what I found, you will throw it up or crap it out but the more hydrated I am the less I feel really sick. I have stopped eating any type of washed vegetables at any fast food places and I have been lucky enouh to dodge the wrath of this type of illness. I found that lettuce, especially at fast food taco places would always do it to me, when I stopped getting lettuce on my tacos I stopped gettting violently ill. COuld be a coinsidence but it's been working!
But yeah water puke water puke repeat, just keep drinking it, keeps ya from having huge headaches and those AWFUL dry heaves...better to throw up some water then nothing at ll as your stomach twists and pulls your lungs out... |

I don't think I've thrown up more than 3 times in my adult life. Even when I was little I was never one to puke.
One of the times I did it was after eating some 'questionable fish sticks' at a friends house. They were out of ketchup, but WAY in the back of the basement fridge was a bottle of BBQ sauce from 1982. Needless to say, besides the Jamaican Rum incident of 1995 that is one of the times I remember being that sick to my stomach. I would suggest ginger tea. Not ginger ale. The bubbles will just futz with your stomach, real ginger will help. Ginger tea, straight, no honey or sugar and soda cracker/saltines. Also, pedialite (think gatorade for toddlers) works wonders. It's all the salt and electrolytes from Gatorade without the 10 teaspoons of sugar.

I got it from toxic hell once, ironically the same night I watched Food Inc. It was horrible and I spent a good part of three day spraying from both ends at the same time. I haven't had fast food in a year, probably never will. But A little bit of ginger in some warm water works well. If your down... green herbs of the smokable variety works wonders. Hope you feel better man
