well cable (basic cable) does have spome good shows. USA has burn notice, in plain sight(it has some lag moments but overall is entertaining), psych. Alos FX's show Juystified is suprisingly good. TNT has Leverage which is a fun show. and sci fi has eureka and sanctuary.......also bbca has DR WHO!!!!! So cabe networks have SOME good shows one but yeah most cable channels are filled with useless drivel.

Agreed 100%. The show jumped the shark immediately at the start of season 2 when everyone who was dead, returned. WTF.

I liked the first season. That was great. I thought the second season sucked, watched part of the third and gave up.

I borrowed the first season from a guy I know, thought it was a massive X-men Rip-off and gave up on it. I felt it was just borrowing from earlier, better storylines in comics anyway.

The show had much potential, albeit a bit borrowing from the spirit of X-Men if you ask me. Season one got me into it, but Season 2 went downhill fast.
While I had hopes of it getting better, I gave up after the mid-season "finale" after 3.1. I never bothered with the second half of season 3. I do feel the writing is to blame, but the writer's strike probably threw it so off-track and actually is what killed the show's momentum and general story. It may be the biggest casualty of the writer's strike, and is a bit of a shame. |

Sulu, Uhura, Dr.Who, Malcolm McDowell to name a few. They almost had me back on board when I saw that Worf was president! But then they went and made most of the characters evil, bad ones kind of good, turned some back, and by that point I thought they were all just assholes. |
