I wouldn't call them the best books ever made, but they are the ones that were my favorites:
The Stand On The Beach Red Storm Rising And there was a Fan Fiction based loosely on Dawn of the Dead That i absolutely loved... The brain cells that held the author's name were killed by booze long ago... But she was a goth female from Texas... I remember that much... |

Wow that's rough. I almost always make myself finish a book I start but there have been a few I've tapped out on, only thing that makes it worse is if you bought the book.

Harry Potter is a great series of books. It's like bait for young readers. It starts you in lightly and then just builds and builds.
Story wise? One of my personal favorites Amazon.com: Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch (9780060853976): Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett: Books I've read it more than 15 times. I've actually had to buy about 7 different copies as I keep giving mine away for other people to read. |

Is there a Swank magazine? I remember one ... or I could be mixing up reality with my dreams again. Any way, that had good stories but more akin to what Hustler would be compared to Penthouse - there is just so much suspension of disbelief that I can manage
