Some of the basic Tai Chi exercises were also as a result of this. I'm curious as to how many school teach the spiritual aspect of it, but I'm guessing very few. |

I used to "date" a girl who was into Yoga and man she was fun. She was 5"1 and weighed like 90 pounds and was flexible as hell. I kinda miss her *sob*

I am the first to admit that the entire idea of Yoga was pretty revolting to me.
So my g/f and I start doing the P90X DVD's (against my better judgement becaues I am very content being fat and drinking beer and eating wings). However, the P90X version of Yoga, at least, is insanely difficult - I was sweating harder than any workout in the part and had to stop to catch my breath while doing YOGA. The workout is like 1 hour and 20 minutes long - it took me weeks to do the whole thing straight through. Yoga is no joke if you are into it - plus my flexibiliy has increasd and my lower back pain has diminished a bunch. I attribute a lot of that to the core workout that Yoga gives. Plus hot girls to go Yoga class - we were on vacation in Mexico and took a Yoga class at the spa. BOOYAH - European Girls taking Yoga is erotica as hell. |
