Tamba Bay is in there. The toughest game would be the first Ravens game So they should be decent with Leftwich in there. He knows the system, was Ben's back up two years ago. And can do alright in limited duty. Now, if they trade Ben, which they might do, watch them go for Clausen. I really see Tebow with Jax.

Suspended for 6 games, 4 with "good behavior". And no Santonio Holmes or Willie Parker this season. Plenty of needs for those Steelers this year. Should be an exciting first round - probably why it's in prime time this year.

It's really just coincedance that this draft could be one of hte better and more exciting in years and the move to prime time.
The move would have happened regardless of who was in the draft and estimated intrigue. NFL's been wanting to do this for years. The 2nd round is going to be HUGE this year. With a full 24 hours to redo the draft boards, expect ALOT of wheeling and dealing for the early 2nd round picks. Especially if Tebow is still left.

As a Bronco fan....Im wondering if Mcdaniels will take Dez Bryant. Hes had some character issues...but after the Brandon Marshall trade...they need a top WR.
But theyll prolly draft either Rolando McClain or Maurkice Pouncey. |

I think the Pats will end up with Bryant.

A few observations:
The Rams should take a page from the Ravens' book and draft Ndamokunng Suh #1 - although they screwed themselves when they released old what's-his-name. Steven Jackson can't tote the load with a rookie QB like he has for a mid-level (at best) QB the last couple seasons. Think he was tired after 12 games last season? Try six to eight games in 2010. Sam Bradford's shoulder ain't seen nothin' yet and neither the Rams nor the Lions are anywhere near sustaining the kind of protection he's going to need given his tendency to look across his whole read string. Indecision has already caused this kid two shoulder injuries at the college level. Jimmy Clausen is a bad bet in the first round and I'm amazed every analyst has gone all Mel Kiper with regard to rationalizing his suspect arm strength and still-developing read skills and mechanics as easily fixable because he comes from a training prototype that closely resembles many NFL programs. Charlie Weis this, pal. Jaysus Chryst - enough with Tebow already. One off-season isn't going to undo a lifetime of bad throwing mechanics long-term and I don't give a feck how bad he wants to play, the next level is so much about the system that the really competitive teams are already full of players who want a spot on the Sunday roster at least as bad as Tebow and don't have any worse skill position shortcomings than he does. |

I watch all of it as well every year. This year is even more special for me as my Sooners are projected very high. Sam Bradford, Jermaine Gresham, Gerald McCoy & Trent Williams all in the first round. BOOMER SOONER!!!
