Good posture is key. Having strong support in your abs helps also. I would suggest looking into massage therapy. As it was said earlier, the problem may stem from a muscle, tendon or ligament pulling your spine out of alignment.
Also depends on how you sleep and what you sleep on. I have a sleep number bed which significantly reduces the frequency of back pain issues that I have. |

Takes a while to figure out what number works for you. In the showroom, I was comfortable at 45 (out of 100), but after getting it home, I realized that it wasn't enough support and my lower back was still curving outwards. I've since bumped it all the way up to 95. The showroom girl laughed at me when I said that I could sleep just fine on the floor, ("All guys say that") but I guess this proves that I meant it.

From my experience, approaching back pain on your own self-diagnosing and all can leave you bedridden...Back problems are a bitch, and Western Medicine hasn't really figured it all out too well yet...in A LOT of cases they can make/leave you worse off than you were before...I've been to countless Drs. of all kinds of practice and aside from making me worse, I'm stuck with Oxycodone and Valium as Treatment...Good luck to you, I'm still on my mission to find a LASTING cure...
