thanks guys. What sucks the most is that the cops are coming
off like they gave up before they even got here, which I'm not really surprised at for my neck of the woods, but still. My house looks spooky, I'm in an upper middle income area with a lot of traffic, I got motion detectors and the whole nine yards. My house, off one of the busiest streets in town , one block away from the counties biggest intersection. Middle of the day. 3 pm. neighbor thinks he saw " a black car with tinted windows drive around the block" Make or model? the officer asks... "a really shiny black car with tinted windows and Nice rims backed in the driveway...stayed for like 45 minutes. looked like they were carrying things out the window."

it is a great strategy you can also make a box by the front door with a pane of glass as the front and a box of tampons inside it, on the glass put '''Burglars break in case of excessive bullet holes'''

They left everything that was too big, too easy to trace back to your place, or too hard to pawn...
Probably not somebody that knew you, or they would have planned it better and gotten the TVs... Or maybe they were just lazy... Just in case, i'd be searching Ebay for auctions in your area that have the games you lost... Or ask the local gamestop if somebody dumped those on them... You might get lucky... |

I got hit several years ago. While I was asleep, they broke into the garage and stole a snow blower. These were pros. They hit the entire street breaking into garages at night. All our homes had a side door to the garage. They went after hardware and tools.

have you dealt with any comic book fans in your area you got a '''bad vibe''' about? Just a possibility, it could have been some one that knew your schedule or it could have been a stranger casing the neighborhood and observing. the haul sounds like things that can pawn or sell on ebay , and or may be things they wanted personally.
whinnie the pooh blanket is a easy one, same reason burglars steal pillow cases, im guessing they used that blanket to bundle up and haul out a load of smaller items. and you have my sympathies and i hope the bastard gets caught! do you have insurance? FU** they stole my goda** pillow cases too! In regard to the 'comic buddy' thing, I don't know anyone. Like I own a business ( a pest control one, and a software one) and I know my customers, but I don't talk about anything I like with anyone. Haven't had any friends since I moved here and absolutely No one knows about any of the crap I have at my house much less where I live.

one more thing make sure you catalogue every single thing they took if you have a lot of '''stuff''' +LIKE ME+ (((read as s***))) then it might be easy to overlook the things they took and at this point the best data against the burglar you have is what they took it really could lead you to them in some cases, so go over and over that as well meditate on that as well, deep repetitive thought tumble the stuff around in your mind look at it from every perspective, i hope this helps.
EDIT(((im sorry meant to imply that i have a lot of s*** wasnt trying to call your stuff s***!))) Last edited by B.A.T.tyBelfry; 04-10-2010 at 01:22 AM.. |
