Fox News has a listing of their top 20 War Movies...FOXNews.com - The 20 Greatest War Movies of All Time
And I wondered what you all thought were your favorites. I agree with some of the list, for sure, but don't own many on DVD. Perhaps this could become a resource for my DVD wish list. List your suggestions. As far as Military ones I enjoy that are not on the list: Of course G.I. Joe (but I don't want to make this a pro - con Joe Movie thread - there are plenty of those) First Blood and the sequels (have not seen the most recent Rambo) Missing in Action (1-3) Delta Force Mega Force There are many more I cannot remember the name too. So there is another reason for this thread - some one likely knows them. Discuss... |

All awesome additions! Many are ones I couldn't remember the name. Id Hamburger Hill the one Eastwood one where he is a Gunny Sergeant and then they end up going to Grenada? I loved that one.

that list cant be trusted because it didnt have "The Great Escape" on it. Cmon.. way better than some of that stuff.
