What I do essentially is keep it all on separate files on my MAC, and I print out each list and tape it to each box, I have each section of the walk-in closet put apart from each other. I have values of each put in by year to see how it's doing on the secondary market.

So far I just have it inventoried in my head, which is hardly a fail safe means of doing so.
I really need to photograph and document what I have for insurance reasons if nothing else. Especially my vintage stuff. |

I use Action Figure Checklist - Keep Track Of Your Action Figures Online! for my GI Joe figures. It is an excellent website and has pictures of just about every GI JOE, SW, Spawn, and other stuff. For my MLs I use excel.

well.....I use the visual method of ...oh that shelf is full of x or that shelf is nothing but Y , seriously though I have so much crap it would take weeks to catalog it all, I have figures in every room but the Laundry room and my Bedroom. And at least three closets are crammed full, shut quickly and avoided. I usually only focus on what I don't have instead of what I already know I have, saying that anyone want starwars stuff? I need some closet space.

I got a program online a few years ago to keep track of all my toys and other collectibles. It allows me to list details like purchase date, amount paid, year made, etc. It also lets me put up to four pictures of each item on its on seperate page.
