I thought many parts were hilarious, but I was happy that unlike shawn of the dead, comedy and romance took a backseat. Absolute fun, and maximum carnage, plus a believable back drop, and an excellent art dept. Also I liked the story telling technique.
I do indeed have strong opinions about zombie movies, others may disagree, but I thought it was EPIC! E-P-I-C, EPIC! |

I agree...... i mean don't get me wrong....... I really liked/enjoyed Zombieland but it was a comedy first that had some Zombie stuff in it... I say stuff as action it did not have....... except the last :15 minutes or so.

Less quirky bullshit and more zombie action, please. Or are the scenesters going to corrupt yet another genre? |

Yeah, we have to be equipped with the proper terminology... Emo just doesn't work anymore :P
Have any of you guys seen Zombie Death House? That was a surprisingly hilarious zombie movie. Not the best I've ever seen but worth a look. The actors try so hard, and I respect it. |

My friend and I watched it on his netflix once, here is the imdb listing for it:
Death House (1987) I'd have to say the funniest movie I've seen in years was Inglorious Basterds. It crapped all over Zombieland. I should also mention that I did like Zombieland, but was pretty disappointed by most of it. Last edited by scarecrow826; 12-23-2009 at 11:26 PM.. |
