Selling off some stuff. Trying to decide best way. Some of it I tried to do claim sales. Not sure if it is my prices or if no one wants the stuff. Maybe both I don't know.

I will say, the care that they take in packaging the stuff up is next level. I've been buying online for 20 years, and nothing has matched how well they wrapped and padded everything.

It does suck that there aren't more online market places for casual sellers. Depending on what your selling, you can always try your luck with a yard sale, or see if a local shop will let you sell on consignment with them.

there was something like "ebluejay" or something. it was set up like ebay. it's either a perk or not how you look at being able to put like a gijoe weapon in your shopping cart from a seller, log out and never log in again, and it's still claimed by you so another person couldnt get it.
seemed like one of those sketchy places that people would use to avoid ebay fees. fortunately i was never really able to get anything to find out how sketchy it was. another option is facebook marketplace or craigslist. i was able to get an authentic gerber mark 2 fighting dagger from oregon on craigslist for 50 bucks a few years ago. i needed one for my mad max road warrior collection/costume and was not willing to pay 150-300 bucks for one. you can go local or country wide with either. |
