Try it sometime. Soak corn in husk for 20-30 minutes. This stops it from igniting lol.
Then grill for similar length of time. It will (husk) blacken in spots but will not catch fire. It is delicious! |

Then after it's cooked, just remove the husk like you normally would?

Im not pounding 20 nuclear flavored wings though. That kind of eating crazy hot stuff for the challenge days are over. The after effects aren't worth it to me anymore. Spicy for flavor: good. Spicy for blood colored butthole spray and heartburn to see if i can take it: bad. The spice mix is the "special" which is every flavor they have. It's different for every place because they all have different types. Cajun one place will taste different than cajun at another and then they mix that with lemon pepper and garlic butter. The memu I'm looking at is very vague about their mixes. So what im saying is go with "special" and "mild"(if you go with spicy your face will burn off and you don't taste the seaf). |

Baby Spinach on sandwiches is an excellent choice. Arugula too.
Another easy way to use a bunch, without really tasting, is in a smoothie/protein shake. Same with romaine lettuce or kale. Remove the stems when using kale. |

I love the flavor of arugula, but it's deceptively light in the nutrition department, and I try and maximize nutritional value per ingredient where possible, so I usually opt for romaine. I'd go watercress first and foremost, but it's HTF outside of farmers markets here. There are of course many other greens I could go with that are far better in that department, but most I consider better suited to other dishes. For example, I love spinach, but tend to prefer it sauteed or in salads- I find spinach and many other greens tend to dominate the flavor of sandwich, rather than mesh well as a component of it.

I should add that arugula is simply one of the best pizza toppings around. The peppery flavor really plays well with many other toppings, but arugula, prosciutto, fresh mozz, fresh oregano, fresh basil, and pureed tomato (no marinara for this guy), drizzled with EVOO and a pinch of salt is probably my favorite combo.
Thanks for reminding me of watercress. I love it. Hard to get (impossible?) where I am. When I lived in Vancouver it was the norm Strangely, watercress is high in protein. |

Yes sir, and it is usually not quite as messy with the hair strains. If you are lucky some of the corn will be charred for added flavour. This is where you can play around with cooking length to what you like/prefer.
