For custom cast parts I usually check raginspoon first. He's pretty reliable and has even thrown some things up for me that weren't listed when I messaged him directly about them. International shipping rates are listed on the front page which is a good sign.

For specific Joe figure parts, weapons, or accessories I usually check with Gordon at onestopjoeshop. I know he's got a lot more inventory than is listed at any given time so it's worth emailing just in case. I'm also not positive if he ships internationally or not.

edit: will also +1 to staying away from Dennis at Vortious. Been a year since I put in my order with him, and I've long since given up.

Yes I did use it and I had no problems at all. Make sure you keep your invoice etc from the place you purchase as they need this for the customs forms.
