My wife said that. Maybe... although over the last year or so you find a few reports similar to ours. There is one guy on youtube a couple on reddit and one more on some blog. These are the ones reported, there are a lot of people that probably don't even bother or post the issue somewhere.

I did report this situation to the European Consumer Center. I doubt they were that fast but.... can also bu a reason.

I had a lot of problems with my account. That's why I decided to switch to another cash service. I tried a lot of them, but then I came across venmo here https://venmo.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and I'm really satisfied with how it works. Also, they provide good customer service which helps to solve any problem you face.
