So yeah. I've always been a huge fan of the movies, but that looks absolutely nothing like Harrison Ford.

How could they get the sculpt so wrong and charge $25? lmao

Might be a likeness licensing issue. They may have permission to use it for Han Solo, but Indy may be more money.

The one at Disney studios didn't either. Maybe they used that one to save cost.

Disney's Indy stuff has always had a "vague" likeness because Harrison Ford wasn't a part of the rides and shows. And because the actors playing Indy didn't look like Ford, the merchandise was given a vague likeness to reflect that.

Heck, IIRC, when I rode the Indiana Jones ride a few years back, they had largely phased out the actors as well (which makes the off-model and off-voice much more an issue)

Harrison's actual picture is on the box so I dunno.

I guess from certain angles it's not entirely off. But other pics make me question who it's supposed to be other than recognizing the outfit.

Given the photoreal capability, I was also surprised how the face looks nothing like Ford.

Well, even Harrison Ford doesn't look like young Harrison Ford anymore!

But yeah, I picked up on that as well. It's a great looking figure though, and I was mostly wanting a 6" Indiana Jones figure, not a 6" Harrison Ford Figure. So I'm happy with it.

Overall I don't think it looks like a bad figure. If the likeness was more accurate I probably would have picked it up.

The accessories are kind of nice.
