I will watch Tough Enough for Trish Stratus.
I really want to see a 5 second pose. Glad to see Christian back! Taker returns tonight. I'm assuming Tiple H will be back as well to set up their inevitable feud at Mania.

I don't understand how sloppy this show has been booked. Usually they'll book one "safe" main event and use the other to prime another guy for the future. In my opinion The Miz has not been built into any kind of threat for John Cena. If he had been champion for a year, fine. There would be anticipation to see him drop the belt and WM would be a good place to do it, but this match has barely any build up. Miz eliminates Cena from the Rumble, then the feud automatically goes cold. I don't care if the Rock is involved in a non wrestling capacity or not, this match is a huge let down. And then there's the SD main event. Alberto Del Rio was the worst possible choice to win the Royal Rumble. Boy does Vince love JBL's gimmick. He's had one program with Rey and already he's headlining againt Edge, a guy who is electric as a heel but honestly doesn't seem to be very over as a baby face. Now Christian is back in the mix, Drew Mcintyre is being inserted into the picture and I've gotta imagine they're going somewhere with this Dolph Ziggler story line, but everything they're doing seems extremely sloppy. So here's the big three matches for Mania as they stand...
Cena vs The Miz ... (A guy who Cena squashed on tv and ppv) Edge (As a face) vs Alberto Del Rio (Unproven and unknown to the main stream audience Wrestlemania is supposed to appeal to.) HHH vs Undertaker (The streak is in no danger. Plus we've seen this match before.) And they want to charge $50 for this? Are they insane? They should have started booking Mania in November. If Miz was the champ they wanted he should have been making Cena's life hell not Wade Barrett or CM Punk. They should have been building him as a credible threat, but no... He has close matches with midcarders, barely any interaction with Cena, and feuds with a god damn tv announcer! (No disrespect to Lawler.) And Del Rio??? What about this guy says main event right now? Absolutely nothing. Del Rio isn't even a big enough name in the US to sell out an indy show let alone Wrestlefuckingmania. All last year Barrett has been groomed as the next major heel main eventer and now he doesn't even have a program for Wrestlemania at the moment. This booking sucks. Sorry for the rant, but this is the biggest show of the year and WWE is acting like it's Over The Limit or something. |

Got to agree headman. That's why I think they will insert other folks into these matches.
It is also why they got the Rock because a lot of people who would look at these main events would say I'm not ordering this...will because of the Rock. Hell, Stone Cold hasn't made an appearance yet for the Tough Enough thing.....maybe Vince could convince he and the Rock to go at it one more time at Mania.....now that I would love to see (highly unlikely though) Last night they could have booked thqt show a whole lot differently. One, to build a Cena-Miz feud they should have had Cena come out and take out Riley and Cole distracting Miz letting Lawler win the title. Tonight on Raw Miz enacts his re-match clause and wins it back. I mean how hard would that have been. Tonight we see Taker and HHH come back and the 1st thing HHH does is challenge Taker to a career vs streak? WTF? HHH should be going after Sheamus IMHO. This will make no sense if they do a non build up program with HHH/Taker. I honestly wish the WWE would scale back the amount of PPV. They should go with Summer Slam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, Mania, and maybe two or three more.....maybe use some of the old WCW or ECW names like Great American Bash, Halloween Havoc, and December to Dismember. 6-7 PPVs would be much better to build up feuds/storylines IMHO. 12 PPVs is just too many. |

Orton and CM Punk will be a WM match I am almost certain of that and I expect John Morrison to win a money in the bank match if they have one again. HHH and Undertaker has no interest for me nor do I see the possibly angle unless HHH is going after the man who "ended" Shawn Michaels career but I would be more hellbent on going after the man (Sheamus) who put me out of action for nearly a year. I don't watch SD too much to know of all the storylines, etc but come on Alberto Del Rio winning the Royal Rumble and possibly being the world champion? They are pushing him way too fast and he's going to become a burnout like Sheamus when he got a fast push because of being HHH's buddy. I agree that 12 PPVs are too much especially for storyline purposes. Most of the time there is less than a month to build up a story, rivalry or fued. Go back to the old days of the 4 big ones plus one or two other ones sprinkled in and let rivalries develop instead of these one and done things.

SCSA vs the Rock would be cool. They are both 1:1 at WM against each other. |

I don't know if they will insert anybody else into the WWE championship game between the Miz and Cena because of the Rock's involvement there. But I do think they will have the Miz retain the belt because he's never been able to get over on Cena and this would push the feud longer. Its kind of like the "it isn't a rivalry thing unless both sides win" thing right now, if Cena keeps winning all the time against the Miz, there's nothing there.

I just can't take it and the the nonsense storylines. Anyone seen a Sheamus action figure? I love how it stands on on the pegs due to it's pasty white skin. |

@Headman
The Miz will stir the pot between Cena and the Rock leading into Mania so that when the Rock comes out durring their title match we're supposed to believe he's going to Rock Bottom Cena and let Miz retain. I predict Christian will win Money in the Bank and challenge Edge at Mania after he succesfully defends against Del Rio. I wouldn't be surprised if Del Rio lost his shot to Christian leading into Mania, wins Money in the Bank, and then challenges Christian after he wins the strap at Mania to fufill his destiny. Taker vs Sting? Nuff said. HHH vs Sheamus... right? Rhodes vs Mysterio. Nexus vs Corre... what's not to love? |

Well I know Rock will get involved in the Miz-Cena match. Whether he wrestles or interferes in some sort.
I agree Del Rio got a push waaay too fast. I can't see how they would put him over Edge. The card the way I see it should be: Nexus vs. Corre----maybe a tag championship match of some sort. CM Punk vs Orton....this could become a triple threat with Wade Barrett. Miz vs Cena.....with Rock maybe even a vs Rock. Heck Lawler might get involved. Lawler vs Cole---I can't believe I just wrote that. Rhodes vs Mysterio---end the feud already. MITB---it's now up to 8 people right? Morrison, Truth, Christian, Bourne, McIntyre, Riley, Kofi, Swagger? US Title match--Bryan vs Dibiase---Ted finally gets a win over Daniel Bryan and wins a belt. Divas will have some sort of match----hopefully a "strip the diva nude lesbian munch match" probably some kinda battle royal for the rest of the card. Probably the free match before Mania. HHH vs Sheamus---well this should be the match...hopefully they don't go the HHH vs Taker route. Taker vs ?---doesn't matter who because Taker will win. If he is still not up to snuff physically it will be a quick squash match. Edge vs Del Rio----yawn....Ziggler will probably do a run in and cost Edge the match. Although I would love to see the MITB winner run down and beat the winner like Red Herring just said. |

I wonder if they will have Kofi defend his IC belt at WM and I think all of the other champions have been covered. We might see a Nexus vs Corre tag-team title match between Slater/Gabriel and McGillicutty and Harris/Ryan?
