Hello everyone. I hope that I can get some answers about a situation that I have. A month ago, my cell phone was having problems so I called T-Mobile since I have insurance on my phone (Sidekick ID) and was sent a replacement. When I received the replacement phone, it wasn't working, no power or anything. I called T-Mobile again and told them what happened. They sent another phone (which I'm still having problem with since 2 button doesn't work) and mailed the 2 phone back. Yesterday I got a letter from T-Mobile saying that I have to pay $100.00 for a broken screen. I was perplexed so I called T-Mobile to see what's going on since my old phone was having problem with something internal and the 1st replacement phone did nt work. I was suprised to hear that the $100.00 is for the replacement phone that the screen went out and I haven't had a chance to use it because it was DEFECTIVE. I tried to explain to them what happened but T-Mobile wouldn't hear a word of it and I'm being stuck with a $100.00 bill for a phone that I never used or anything. Is there something I can do about this, if so, please tell me.

I would contact the better business. I hade a problem with a store on the east coast and they refused to replace the broken tv. As soon as i filled a complaint, i got a call from the corprate office wanting to help me.
It may or may not work. Best of luck |

Is it their deductible? Verizon Wireless has a $50 deductible on insurance replaced phones (Pay $5 a month for insurance and then another $50 to replace it;nice) Most insurance has some form of deductible so maybe that's it... but $100 sure sounds high.

My brother works for T-Mobile, and conviced me to switch over from Verizon.
Big mistake. |
