I’ll give that a go. I like a good Ale. Quote:
Any sort of prop IPA does me proper, as long as it's not that "hazy" rubbish- it needs to twist my face inside out with hop flavor.
If you like the PB porter and want a unique experience, track down a peanut butter milk stout and cut it in half with a lambic of some sort- instant peanut butter and jelly beer (kind of a one an evening experience, because too much is cloying, but delicious all the same.) Of course, I'm not too proud to get down on some domestic tall cans either, even the cheap fuckers like Busch and Rolling Rock. Especially when the temps are in the 100s here. Helps if you just think of those as "really good water". I dislike you too, but I love beer almost as much as I do GIJoe ;) That sounds pretty fantastic. I’ve been doing a little dragons milk too which is pretty tasty. Anything outside of stouts and Ales are just a water thirst quencher now for me. Another tasty beer that is a different buzz is called Vikings Blood. It’s more of a mead but damn it’s good and got a different buzz to it.

I'm a huge beer enthusiast, and enjoy most beer types. Fortunately, we have loads of small craft breweries in the country (i have 4 within a few miles of my home).
I even have a small production going with a few friends (capacity of roughly 30 litres per batch). The latest batches were an experimental liquorice brown ale, and a nice ipa that should be ready to drink next week or so. It's a fun hobby with the added bonus of cheap craft beer. I really enjoy a good rum as well. |
