downside to this is too many people will abuse it. this will make the rest of us forced to pay paypal fees to fork out more to make up for what paypal loses in the "gifts" fees.
give it 6 months of this and paypal will increase the fees claiming cost increases. or just take the no fees for gifts away period. :( But like I said I don't know if there is a limit to what you can get. There will still be way more using ebay and store fronts for it to not make a huge difference. Plus you don't always get the seller protection with the gift option so pay pal has nothing go lose in that instance. I |

I don't believe it. I want a couple of you to send me $100 each so I can verify this loophole.

i will share another loophole regards to paypal. the multi shipping label option. its a god send for domestic shipping. this lets you print a shipping label for a package regardless if the person paid with paypal or not. I use it for trades and for customers that pay with check / money order. doesnt work on international though :(
its on teh front page of your paypal account ballance on the right side. its one of the options on the side menu there. try it out sometime. (file-create new order, it will prompt you from there)

Yeah, this is great news. Next month my paypal fees will see an increase as will ebay itself.
did you guys know, if you sell something for $5, you OWE money? The fees alone take up pretty much all of it. Count the time it took you to list, pack, ship as well as the stuff you use to pack it, the gas to drive to the post office. Waste of time, ebay has become. |
