So I just learned, when you call your mortgage lender, car lender, utilities, credit card company, etc, for help due to loss of income they cannot help you. If you just say that you lost income, have been out of work, been laid off, whatever, they cannot help you. Once you say, "I have no income due to the Coronavirus", that's the key word they need to hear to enact their new policies, defer payments, halt late fees, etc. And apparently, they can't coach you to say it. You have to say it yourself. So this is just an FYI for those that may need this info. Companies now have these policies in place already. If you need them, use them!

I'm having issues with anger. I dont want to be angry all the time. But...I need anger management. I'm picking fights with the wife, starting to actually hate my step son. This ain't me. I feel like I'm creating a rift because..to much time with them. I go to bed pissed off..wake up pissed off as I anticipate the day. Im at that point where I'm ready to leave head out to the woods. But deep down, I dont want to. I have no idea how to put this anger to good use. I dont feel right baring my soul to strangers, but this seems like a help thing. So frustrated right now.
Do you excersize? Do you have any at home gym equipment? If not just go on YouTube for some routine to do at home. One thing that makes me edgy or restless is not being productive. If I complete a simple work out routine for the day I feel like I accomplished something. It also help get the rage out. Maybe start with a simple push up routine? Walks in the wood will help for sure. I take comfort in nature and in music that I enjoy. I also play bass guitar and it helps me when I get anxious and cannot relax to slap some tunes out.

As goofy as it sounds, I take extreme pleasure in listening to the Dwarven music from the hobbit series, I love the Rains of Castamer from GoT. But it gets me a wee rebellious. I wanna mess with the cops. That's not a good idea, so mostly listen to it when I'm really sleepy.
I'm not bragging at all, I have very f u attitude, I like my beer. So it's a sleepy type of song. To tired to act on my impulses. |

I think we're all getting a bit stir crazy right now. It's weird when you look to going to work as your "out". I miss going to they gym, so I've been lifting at home, which I haven't done since high school (same weights, too).
It really helps to have sites like this to help forget what's going on, even for a little while. |
