I don’t have pics, but I had to slice with the smallest of exactos and use needle nose pliers to slowly pry the sides apart.

Haha well all of them were glued. Must have been something with the color change. I’m just redoing all of the o-rings in my vintage figs...haha and yeah I guess I spent about an hour on it but spread out over a year.

I've always been wondering how I'd fix O-rings on Ninja Force figures, since they don't unscrew either. Would you have to cut them open too? I feel like it's probably unsafe to try to crack vintage figures.

Yeah it's a pain in the balls. I did it to a Dice figure and like Itch said it's a time consuming process. If you rush or use a blade that's to thick the figure becomes useless.
