At one of the springs/parks down here, there is a large gator that is actively going after kayaks/canoes/small boats. That's a little scary. They usually aren't that aggressive.

Hes helping natural selection. If ya go in the water aka the gators home, you are trespassing in THEIR territory and thus are fair game.

Breeding season. They are going to go after anything they think is a threat and those kayaks look a lot like an alligator from underneath and the side to them.
