Yeah this is crazy. I know we have Baker already, but damn, for a third round pick? I would have taken him. He could sit behind Baker and learn for a year or two.

This fits a pattern. Name a hall of famer other than Archie manning that has a kid that stuck in the league. GM?s tend to shy away from superstars offspring with early draft picks because An additional level of complexity comes with them. Ppl say sarcastically that one parent diluted the talent pool and sadly that is true. Or don?t have the drive that dad did.

Edit ok maybe clay Matthews too.

I dunno, backups are supposed to be quiet and learn. He's loud and already thinks he knows everything. His best bet now is to go to a team with an established coach and quarterback to sit and rehab his image more than anything. Some place like KC, Philly, or Green Bay.

I don't know man, but Winfield Jr was a big part of our superbowl win a few years back. Happy to have him.
