i have nothing better to do than report all 16 of his auctions.
this is what i selected. at first i did offers outside of ebay for the second option, but realized he's more likely to get hassled by ebay if it was to say avoiding ebay fees.

Very blatant about it. No response from ebay about it yet (I may not get a response).

But they did get back to me about the other listing I reported. Ebay apparently has no issue with sellers using the verbiage "Black Series" or "vintage collection" , on listings that clearly are not. To me, it really muddies the water, so to speak.

There is also a seller, who sells classified accessories, and he'll list the same item over and over again, but create a separate listing for each of the same item. Say, for example, he has 5 of BBQs Ax, he'll do 5 separate Listings for the same Ax. It's insane. I reported it as duplicate listings, but ebay was fine with it. But it makes it difficult to search by 'lowest price' for a figure, if one dude has 8 listings for each little piece that a figure comes with.
