I know I can't save everyone but fuck flaky people who pretend to be your friend and abandon you at the drop of a hat. That's what I'm slogging through with him now. He's had a slew of flaky people in his life and always been the one to initiate things.

At times, yah it can be. I was recently told i am anemic and even though i take iron pills and multivitamins i still will likely have to get transfusions from time to time. Hell recently i been very lightheaded and running short of breath again, both of which were indicators of low blood count. I just gotta take it easy and see if i can build my bd back up.
